I am a clinical data scientist and researcher with a background in maths and physics. I have been working in data science roles for the past eight years using time-series data, geospatial data, imagery, electronic health records and text. The main focus of my research is the application of statistical and machine learning methods to improve cancer outcomes, using linked primary care data.

Here you can find more details about my work background; a few of my recent projects; some notes on various data science topics; and my occassionally maintained blog.

Outside of work I enjoy cycling, cooking, music, books and meandering in mountains.
