I am a clinical data scientist and researcher with a background in maths and physics. I have broad experience working with clinical text, time-series data, geospatial data, imagery and electronic health records. The main focus of my research is the application of statistical and machine learning methods to improve cancer outcomes, using linked primary care data.

Here you can find more details about my work background; a few of my recent projects; some notes on various data science topics; and my occassionally maintained blog.

Outside of work I enjoy cycling, cooking, music, books and meandering in mountains.
